10. Receiving an Order

Customers or their authorized representatives should inspect the package and product immediately after delivery.

The customer should check:

• Whether the correct product was delivered

• Whether the quantity is correct

• Whether any product is missing

Where possible, customers should record an unboxing video and take clear photographs of damaged packaging or products.
