Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Inaya Scientific. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order through InayaScientific.com.

1. No General Returns

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Products that are no longer required

  • Compatibility issues not confirmed before ordering

  • Opened, used, installed, damaged, or altered products

  • Chemicals, reagents, consumables, custom orders, and special-order products

Customers should carefully review the product description, specifications, quantity, and compatibility before placing an order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

  • You received the wrong product

  • An item is missing from the delivered order

Requests submitted after the three-day period may not be accepted.

3. Required Evidence

To review a complaint, we may require:

  • Order number or purchase invoice

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the original packaging and delivery label

  • An unboxing video

  • A description of the problem

The product and its original packaging must be preserved until our review is completed. Submitting a complaint does not automatically guarantee a refund.

4. Refund Approval

After reviewing the submitted evidence, Inaya Scientific may approve a refund when the issue is verified and cannot reasonably be resolved through a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the order.

The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the bank, mobile financial service, card provider, or payment gateway.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be provided when:

  • The product was damaged due to improper handling, storage, installation, or use

  • The customer failed to follow product or manufacturer instructions

  • The product has been opened, used, contaminated, modified, or repaired

  • The product is functioning correctly but does not meet the customer’s personal expectations

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided

  • The issue was reported more than three days after delivery

  • Required proof of purchase or evidence is unavailable

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery and shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

However, where an approved refund results from an incorrect or damaged product supplied by Inaya Scientific, applicable delivery charges may be reviewed as part of the resolution.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers should contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation.

An order may not be cancelled once it has been processed, dispatched, specially ordered, customized, or handed over to the delivery service.

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the approved refund will be returned through the original payment method.
